We’re proud of our service excellence providers, and we need your help to identify them all.
We are soliciting comments from business customers & clients in order to detect service excellence and nominate businesses for awards. Overall, we are looking for accounts of customer service excellence in the form of comments & stories.
What are the Awards?
At the time of nomination, we will recognize every business nominee with a “Customer Service Excellence” award. In October businesses will be chosen as the grand prize winners from among the nominees. The grand prize winners will receive a grand prize award, free advertising in the Destination Guide, a ‘service excellence’ logo to insert in future advertising and unchallenged bragging rights.
The nominator will have her/his name put in a prize draw ($50 value).
How Can I nominate a business for Customer Service Excellence?
Comments & stories of customer service excellence can be submitted to Community Futures by e-mail or regular mail:

The business must be clearly identified, as well as its location, and that it is being entered in the North Hastings celebration as there are others in South Algonquin and Centre Hastings.
The nominator must describe why she/he is nominating the business, including any comments and stories of customer service excellence. The nominator must also provide her/his full contact information and declaration that she/he is in no way affiliated with the business being nominated.
Businesses are encouraged to promote this program to their clients/customers.
